About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and driving the build-out of the UK Solutions offering, with a focus on developing a three-tier MPS proposition. - Build and document scalable operational and administrative frameworks (on-boarding, reporting, platform/ACD relationships, data flows, BAU processes, and oversight).
- Act as a central point of contact for UK & Ireland client-facing teams on the solutions offering, supporting them with training, materials, client planning, and complex opportunity management.
