About the Role
TechBiz Global is providing recruitment services for TOP clients, seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of their teams in an innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear product vision, translate company goals into tangible product objectives, and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
- Write clear user stories, ensure the backlog is organized, and align with sprint and quarterly goals.
- Conduct structured discovery, evaluate ideas and solutions, and derive decisions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure timely and high-quality feature launches, including test cases and release notes.
- Define success criteria, track usage and performance, and optimize based on measurable results.
- Communicate priorities, compromises, and progress clearly to Business, Operations, and Leadership.
- Incorporate the user's voice into all decisions.
- Ensure close collaboration between developers, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Shape platform and process topics, tailoring them to the requirements of insurers and MGAs.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in insurance, finance, or workflow sectors.
- Proven experience managing the product lifecycle from discovery to market launch and in continuous improvement through data-driven methods.
- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and requirements engineering.
- Ability to translate complex business and technical problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1 level).
- Practical experience with common project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, analytics tools, API documentation platforms).
- Ability to thrive in complex situations, consciously and thoughtfully compromise, and drive coordination.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to deliver value incrementally and iteratively.
