About the Role
Provide top-notch support to customers, helping them get the most out of our product while driving renewals and upsells. Act as the bridge between customers and Zinc, offering insights, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

- Manage and support customer accounts
- Handle renewals and upsells to drive customer growth
- Provide product insights to help customers maximise value
- Build strong relationships and encourage customer advocacy through testimonials
