About the Role
As the first point of contact for interested parties, you will qualify leads and actively shape the pre-sales process from initial contact to handover to sales. You will convince with your professional and empathetic manner, maintain our systems carefully, and contribute your experience to optimizing our processes. Together with the sales team, you will ensure that interested parties become satisfied customers.
Responsibilities
- Actively perform pre-sales activities from initial contact to lead qualification.
- Conduct initial technical suitability checks during lead qualification.
- Convince potential customers with an empathetic and professional approach.
- Serve as the primary contact for interested parties before official handover to sales.
- Monitor current status and systems, contributing experience to process optimization.
- Work closely with the CRM system, including documentation, follow-up, and system maintenance.
- Engage in system support, lead qualification, and feedback loops, and collaborate with the sales team.
- Contribute own ideas and drive the development of the pre-sales area with a structured, goal-oriented, and proactive approach.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification (e.g., specialist, university degree).
- Experience in B2C sales or equivalent, with the ability to inspire and win over people.
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
- Structured, independent, and motivated work style.
- Openness to new digital tools and systems.
- Enjoyment of varied work with an eye for processes, figures, and goal achievement.
- More than one year of sales experience in the B2C environment is advantageous.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge in the area of heat pumps (WP) and photovoltaics (PV) is advantageous.
