About the Role

As a Working Student in Energy Solutions Project Management, you will support our team in daily operations and the continuous optimization of internal processes. You will be a vital link to our installation partners, ensuring projects are smoothly documented, funded, and implemented. Gain deep insights into the future of the energy industry, take on responsibility, and actively contribute to enhancing our databases and internal tools.

Responsibilities

Create orders for external installation partners and track their progress.
Maintain, update, and review project documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
Provide administrative support for customer subsidy applications.
Keep internal databases updated, including product catalogs, price lists, and knowledge bases.
Contribute to the development and digitalization of internal tools and operational processes.
Collaborate closely with project management and sales teams.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL), Energy Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Excel (e.g., data preparation, logical functions, formulas) and other Office applications.
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work approach.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
