About the Role

This role involves providing specialized nursing care, monitoring patient health, managing documentation, and offering expert advice to clients and their families. You will actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient care and uphold quality standards. Additionally, you will guide and support nursing assistants and trainees, and conduct consultations according to SGB XI regulations while building relationships with existing and potential clients.

Responsibilities

Independent execution of medically prescribed therapy measures
Continuous monitoring of health status and prompt, professional response to changes
Precise, digital patient documentation and transparent service recording
Empathetic and expert consultation of clients and their relatives
Active participation in interdisciplinary exchange to optimize patient care
Consistent adherence to and further development of quality, hygiene, and nursing standards
Professional instruction and support of nursing assistants and trainees
Documentation and quality assurance according to § 37 Abs. 3 SGB XI for existing clients, and targeted relationship building to acquire new clients

Requirements

Completed or soon-to-be-completed training in geriatric or general nursing
A passion for nursing and working with people
Driving license is desirable, but not mandatory

Education Level
