About the Role

We are seeking experienced Design Managers to join our growing Data Centre team at both Senior and Associate level. These roles offer the opportunity to take a key position in delivering complex, high-profile projects. Depending on your experience, you will either lead project delivery or take on a broader role that includes client leadership, team development, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design management of large-scale data centre projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage project deliverables
• Drive project meetings, workshops, and design reviews
• Work closely with clients to manage expectations and ensure successful outcomes
• Support commercial, programme, and risk management activities
• Contribute to consistency and improvement in design management processes
• Support team development, mentoring, and client engagement

Requirements

• Experienced design professionals with a strong technical background in engineering-led, multidisciplinary project delivery
• Comfortable coordinating complex interfaces on technically demanding projects
• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a closely related technical discipline
• Significant experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary construction projects, ideally within data centres, mission-critical, or similarly technical environments
• Strong understanding of MEP led coordination and organisational skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder management
• Understanding of project delivery, design processes, and risk management
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Additional experience in leadership, client development, and mentoring (for Associate level)
