About the Role
Lupa is building an AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, aiming to replace fragmented systems with an intelligent platform for scheduling, client communication, clinical documentation, and AI-driven care guidance. This role involves owning veterinary practice onboardings end-to-end, training staff, consulting on workflows, and managing multiple deployments.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of veterinary practice onboardings end-to-end, from kick-off call through to a fully live, confident team.
- Train practice staff on the Lupa platform, tailoring the approach to different levels of technical confidence and clinical background.
- Consult on veterinary workflows, helping practices redesign how they operate around AI-native tooling.
- Project manage multiple concurrent deployments, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders informed.
- Act as the bridge between the customer and the product, feeding structured insight from the field back to the team.
- Contribute to and improve deployment processes as the company scales.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a SaaS implementation, deployment, onboarding, or customer-facing project management role.
- Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with end users through a software transition.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS deployment cycles, from scoping and configuration through to training and go-live (nice to have).
- Natural problem solver, calm under pressure, and quick-thinking.
- Resilient, able to handle pushback professionally.
- Outgoing and enjoys building customer relationships.
- Takes ownership of projects and outcomes.
- Looks for ways to improve processes.
- Excited to work in-person from our Paddington, London HQ.
