About the Role
As a Service Engineer, you will support our customers in building and maintaining networks, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Remote support for customer inquiries and fault reports.
- Participation in 24x7 on-call duty and Network Operation Center (NOC) operations.
- Processing and documentation of customer incidents and repair orders using CRM tools.
- On-site support for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Support for product launches, trials, and demos.
- Pre-configuration (staging) of products.
- Configuration, maintenance, and availability of internal services labs.
- Conducting product training.
- Continuous expansion of expertise in products and related technologies.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical degree or completed training in a technical profession.
- Entry-level candidates as well as experienced professionals are welcome.
- Ability to analyze errors, problems, weaknesses, and dependencies, and to develop solution proposals.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Teamwork, resilience, independent action, and high self-motivation in collaboration with colleagues.
- Proficient and successful use of good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness for national and international business travel.
