About the Role
As a Service Engineer (m/f/d), you will support our customers in building and maintaining networks, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Remote support for customer inquiries and fault reports
- Participation in 24x7 on-call duty and Network Operation Center (NOC) operations
- Processing and documentation of customer incidents and repair orders using CRM tools
- On-site support for installations, maintenance work, and troubleshooting
- Support for product launches, trials, and demos
- Pre-configuration (staging) of products
- Configuration, maintenance, and availability of internal services labs
- Conducting product training
- Continuous expansion of your expertise in our products and related technologies
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical degree or completed training in a technical profession
- Entry-level candidates as well as experienced professionals are welcome
- Ability to analyze errors, problems, weaknesses, and dependencies, and to develop solution proposals
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Teamwork, resilience, independent action, and high self-motivation in collaboration with colleagues
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness for national and international business travel
