About the Role

We are looking for a Draftsman / Technical Draftsman / Site Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Berlin for long-term projects in new construction, facades, interior finishing, exclusive natural stone, renovation, and restoration nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Create scale-accurate design, approval, and execution plans using AutoCAD based on measurements.
• Produce precise shop sketches, detail drawings, and assembly plans to prepare for construction.
• Coordinate trades on-site and ensure timely construction quality.
• Calculate building material quantities and volumes to support calculation and material disposition.
• Monitor construction progress and site results.
• Coordinate, monitor, and invoice.
• Create and maintain precise mapping documents for project preparation and documentation.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a draftsman, technical draftsman, stone technician, master stonemason, master tile setter (m/f/d), or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
• Enjoy the alternation between detailed PC work and on-site coordination.
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and teamwork skills.
• Very good communication skills.
