About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for steering heat pump projects, reviewing plans, commissioning and controlling trade partners, coordinating all parties involved in funding, and accepting the completed system. You will stay close to the technology by coordinating it, rather than being on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents from the planning department for completeness and feasibility, and make necessary adjustments.
• Commission the trade partner, starting with on-site technical suitability checks, and finally with implementation after customer approval and signature.
• Coordinate and monitor the inspection process, including on-site customer visits, tracking deadlines, and participating in technical qualifications.
• Evaluate inspection results, derive necessary adjustments, and coordinate with planning to update the offer.
• Coordinate all parties involved to ensure efficient and timely processing of funding.
• Track the installation date, inspect and accept the completed system, and verify that execution and documentation meet agreed-upon standards (SLAs).

Requirements

• Completed training as an SHK journeyman (e.g., installer for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology) or comparable qualification in the SHK trade.
• Practical experience in heat pumps or SHK; understanding of how a system is built in practice.
• Structured, careful, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills for direct exchange with customers and trade partners.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MS Office or digital project/CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience in project coordination or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in photovoltaics is a plus.
• Practical experience from construction is valued over a perfectly matching CV.
