About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take independent responsibility for the technical and commercial management of our heat pump projects, from reviewing the planning to commissioning and controlling the specialist partner to accepting the finished system. You are the central point of contact for our customers and specialist partners, connecting technical issues, commercial contexts, and communication – whether as an entry-level position or the next step in your development in technical project management.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing project documents handed over by the planning department for completeness and feasibility, and making necessary adjustments.
- Commissioning the specialist partner – initially with the technical suitability check on-site, and after customer approval and signature, finally with the implementation.
- Coordinating and monitoring the suitability check, including tracking agreed deadlines and occasional participation in technical qualifications at the customer's site.
- Evaluating test results, deriving necessary adjustments, and coordinating with planning to update the offer.
- Coordinating all parties involved to ensure the subsidy is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Tracking the installation date and checking and accepting the finished system – including verifying that the execution and documentation comply with the agreed standards (SLAs).
Requirements
- Completed technical degree (e.g., building services engineering, energy technology, renewable energies) or comparable qualification – from entry-level to several years of professional experience.
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills in speaking and writing for direct exchange with customers and specialist partners.
- Confident use of MS Office and enthusiasm for quickly learning new digital project or CRM systems.
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing complete your profile.
