About the Role
We are seeking a Social Worker to join our Alcohol and Medication Counseling Center and Therapeutically Supported Individual Living (BEW) team in Spandau. This role offers diverse project design opportunities, allowing for independent and flexible work within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Counseling individuals with substance use disorders and their families.
- Providing support within the framework of Therapeutically Supported Individual Living.
- Promoting social participation.
- Willingness to engage in outreach and follow-up work.
- Designing group and leisure activities.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable education.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural counseling competence.
- Willingness to perform a small amount of outreach activities (e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics).
- Accepting and open-minded fundamental attitude.
- Professional experience is welcome but not required.
