About the Role

As a Working Student in Project Management for Energy Solutions, you will support our team in daily operations and the continuous optimization of internal processes. You will be a vital link to our installation partners, ensuring projects are smoothly documented, funded, and implemented. Responsibilities

Create orders for external installation partners and track their progress.
Maintain, update, and verify project documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
Provide administrative support for customer funding applications, ensuring structured preparation and follow-up.
Keep internal databases updated, including product portfolios, price lists, and knowledge bases.
Actively participate in the development and digitalization of internal tools and operational processes.
Collaborate closely with project management and sales teams to understand the interfaces of modern energy solutions.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (BWL), Energy Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Excel (e.g., data preparation, logical connections, formulas) and other Office applications.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented work approach.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards improving existing processes.
Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
