About the Role
Student Assistant (m/f/d) for the Readings & Events Team, supporting the team in organizational matters, managing event data, and handling business partner contacts.
Responsibilities
- Support the team and assist in all organizational matters such as material dispatch, travel booking, internal and external communication.
- Manage all event data for author schedules, homepage, event information, etc.
- Manage our business partner contacts.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program in a relevant field.
- Very good knowledge and expressive ability in German and English.
- Teamwork, stress resistance, conscientious work, and a confident demeanor.
