About the Role
You will ensure a welcoming, inspiring, and well-organized office atmosphere, creating special moments that strengthen our company culture. You have an eye for detail and develop creative ideas to make our daily work more enjoyable. You coordinate internal meetings, appointments, and discussions, and support their organization. You are the central point of contact for organizational matters concerning the office and are responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies, equipment, and provisions. You coordinate external service providers and ensure our office is always optimally equipped. You plan and organize team events, company functions, and joint activities in close cooperation with People & Culture. You warmly welcome visitors, clients, and partners, ensuring they feel welcome from the start.

Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in office management, business administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an overview in turbulent situations.
- Independent, pragmatic work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Communicative, service-oriented, and open approach to people.
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
