Responsibilities

• Responsibility for operational personnel management throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Support of recruiting processes from job posting to hiring
• Participation in the implementation of personnel development measures and training
• Support of employees in all personnel-related issues
• Management of entry and exit processes and creation of relevant HR documents
• Support in the preparation of payroll and maintenance of personnel data
• Handling of labor law issues and special cases
• Contribution to the optimization of HR processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in personnel management
• Strong experience and responsibility in the entire recruiting process
• Good knowledge of labor and social security law
• Confident use of HR systems and MS Office
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• High service orientation and professional demeanor
• Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive information
