Responsibilities
- Responsibility for operational personnel management throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Support of recruiting processes from job posting to hiring
- Participation in the implementation of personnel development measures and training
- Support of employees in all personnel-related issues
- Management of entry and exit processes and creation of relevant HR documents
- Support in the preparation of payroll and maintenance of personnel data
- Handling of labor law issues and special cases
- Contribution to the optimization of HR processes
Requirements
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in personnel management
- Strong experience and responsibility in the entire recruiting process
- Good knowledge of labor and social security law
- Confident use of HR systems and MS Office
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- High service orientation and professional demeanor
- Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive information
