About the Role

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting across the business. You will partner with a broad range of stakeholders and contribute to finance projects supporting business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation. This role strengthens financial governance, improves processes, and ensures the integrity of financial information for strategic decision-making within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support finance projects that enhance financial reporting and drive innovation
  • Deliver accurate month-end activities, reconciliations, and financial control processes
  • Contribute to internal and external financial reporting in line with group and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong partnerships with finance and business stakeholders across the organisation
  • Support financial governance activities, audits, and compliance obligations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Requirements

  • Experience in financial accounting, reporting, and month-end processes
  • Strong capability in statutory and regulatory accounting environments
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Experience supporting or delivering finance-related projects and business initiatives
  • Working knowledge of SAP general ledger systems or similar enterprise finance platforms
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
