About the Role
The Country Product Manager drives end-to-end product strategy and execution within the assigned country, ensuring alignment with regional priorities while addressing local market needs. This role serves as a critical link between regional strategy and in-market execution, focusing on growth, portfolio optimization, and commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of country-level product strategy aligned with regional direction
- Manage the full product lifecycle including launch, growth, and phase-out
- Drive portfolio prioritization based on market potential, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Own product performance targets including revenue, market share, and profitability
- Translate regional growth drivers into actionable country plans
- Monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for growth or gap resolution
- Lead local new product introduction planning and execution
- Develop go-to-market plans including pricing, positioning, and launch readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply teams
- Gather and synthesize market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
- Provide input into regional strategy based on local market dynamics
- Identify unmet needs and recommend portfolio or innovation opportunities
- Partner with sales teams to drive product adoption
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective campaigns
