About the Role

As a (Senior) Consultant / (Senior) Manager for Digital Identities, you will shape the future of digital identities in Europe alongside our clients. You will support public institutions and private organizations in the conception, introduction, and further development of digital identity solutions and guide transformation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic, functional, technological, and regulatory issues related to digital identities.
• Develop visions, target images, operating models, governance structures, and roadmaps for digital identity ecosystems.
• Support the conception, development, and implementation of solutions in the areas of EUDI Wallet, trust services, and verifiable digital credentials.
• Analyze requirements, develop viable concepts, and oversee their implementation up to rollout.
• Work in interdisciplinary teams, coordinate various stakeholders, and actively contribute to the success of complex transformation and implementation projects.
• Contribute expertise to the expansion of our consulting portfolio and the further development of the Digital Identities market.

Requirements

• Completed a university degree in business, political science, administration, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Possess initial or several years of practical project experience in digital transformation, digital identities, e-government, technology consulting, regulation, or comparable fields.
• Think strategically and utilize technologies effectively.
• Have a good understanding of agile methods such as SCRUM, SAFe, PMI, and other frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, high commitment, and confident demeanor.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
