About the Role
Our project "Startklar" aims to reach and support young adults facing social or psychological difficulties through creative projects. We collaboratively develop sustainable projects and foster self-efficacy and integration among participants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and mobile social work with young adults experiencing social or psychological difficulties.
- Engage in intensive relationship-building to support participants in their individual life situations.
- Perform socio-pedagogical diagnostics and develop individual support plans.
- Facilitate self-help and empower participants to achieve their professional and personal goals.
- Provide referral counseling and connect individuals with further support services.
- Organize and execute sustainable and creative projects.
- Design and lead socio-pedagogical group activities.
Requirements
- Completed education in one of the specified fields.
- Master's degree and at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Empathy and professionalism when engaging with young adults in difficult life circumstances.
- Value neutrality and reliability.
- Motivational skills and ability for self-motivation.
- Flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with network partners, authorities, and agencies.
- Intercultural competencies and sensitivity when working with young adults from migrant backgrounds.
