About the Role

Provide functional support and continuous improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including troubleshooting, configuration, impact assessment of quarterly releases, and optimization recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Troubleshoot system issues.
• Configure enhancements.
• Ensure the platform operates efficiently within agreed service levels.
• Review quarterly releases.
• Conduct impact assessments.
• Recommend improvements to optimize process and client user experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years' hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in a BAU or managed services environment.
• Strong configuration capability across different modules in Employee Central.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Experience reviewing and implementing quarterly SuccessFactors releases including impact analysis and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and data governance principles.
• Proven experience in working within SLA-driven environments and managing multiple client priorities.
