About the Role

The Strategic Product Engagement Team acts as a force multiplier to drive cross-portfolio growth by converting product usage telemetry and customer insights into proactive actions. As a Product Manager, you will serve as a primary partner for strategic enterprise accounts, bridging the gap between go-to-market teams and the product organization to improve customer outcomes and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic product-led customer engagements and lifecycle management.
  • Represent the product organization to customers and go-to-market leaders.
  • Serve as a central connection point between product and go-to-market organizations.
  • Act as a trusted product partner in account planning.
  • Utilize telemetry data and AI summarization to drive customer experience and growth workstreams.
  • Articulate product opportunities and pain points to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Define and report KPIs related to product engagement, usage, and health.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 7+ years of experience, Masters with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year of related experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with high-value enterprise customers.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues.
  • Experience as a player/coach driving technical consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers.
  • Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
  • AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA, or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications.

  • $148,800.00 - $212,900.00 (General U.S./Canada)
  • $168,800.00 - $277,400.00 (New York City Metro Area)
  • $148,800.00 - $248,200.00 (Non-Metro New York state & Washington state)
