About the Role

Bold Vision Career LLC is seeking a qualified and dependable Healthcare Instructor in Rochester, NY. This role involves teaching and guiding students toward healthcare careers, including classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision for CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.

Responsibilities

  • Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA training programs
  • Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training
  • Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments
  • Supervise students during clinical rotations
  • Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE/NYSED) standards
  • Prepare students for certification, employment, and career readiness
  • Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

  • Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience
  • At least 1 year experience in long-term care, home care, or related healthcare setting preferred
  • Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
