We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our Bonds Macarthur team, focusing on leading an inclusive, high-performing team while driving sales and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team
- Drive budgets, KPIs, and customer experiences
- Create a customer-first environment with high service standards
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and capability building
- Execute visual merchandising according to brand guidelines and commercial judgement
- Manage stock processes and daily store operations
