About the Role
This role supports the growth of Pratt & Whitney's AI-powered digital inspection solutions by leading the end-to-end product design process for software products that enhance engine inspection, reporting, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and product analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate user insights into wireframes, mock-ups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the enterprise design system for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with software engineers for efficient design-to-development handoff.
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and customer engagement activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Continuously improve product experiences through iterative design and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in SaaS Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, design systems, and component libraries.
- Experience using analytics tools to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
