About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Appraiser for a 12-month term to support our growth by managing file statuses, coordinating with auctions, and performing appraisal duties.
Responsibilities
- Input data from the Recovery department
- Manage file status as it progresses toward legal sale date
- Coordinate with auctions across Canada to obtain status updates on aging inventory
- Complete ownership applications with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario
- Obtain ownership for all vehicles sold through Ontario auctions
- Mail ownership documents to auctions across Ontario
- Assess vehicle damages and repair costs
- Take and upload vehicle photos
- Perform miscellaneous office duties and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario driver's license
- Ability to identify problem files for management escalation
- Must be 100% on-site
