About the Role
This role supports the global marketing operations of Bueno Analytics, focusing on digital marketing, content, events, social media, and international market expansion. The Marketing Coordinator will help strengthen our regional presence across Australia, UK, and Europe, with day-to-day support across the full marketing mix. The successful candidate will be a proactive, all-round marketer comfortable executing tasks and contributing to strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research tailored to Australian, UK, and European audiences.
- Identify backlink opportunities with high domain authority.
- Audit existing web pages and recommend SEO improvements.
- Submit listings to relevant directories for increased visibility.
- Create and adapt marketing content for regional audiences across Australia, UK, and Europe.
- Support coordination of website localisation and translation.
- Assist with copywriting, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
- Support the planning and delivery of events across Australia and the UK/EU.
- Research and compare venue options, covering AV, catering, and scalability.
- Identify cost-effective solutions that retain a high-quality experience.
- Manage content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Grow organic reach and engagement while maintaining alignment with SEO strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on traffic growth, keyword alignment, and audience trends.
- Maintain and segment CRM data for outbound targeting and campaign management.
- Build and maintain AU, UK, US, and EU contact lists aligned to ABM campaigns.
- Tag and format records for better performance in marketing automation.
- Support setup and monitoring of low-budget, high-impact digital campaigns.
- Track campaign delivery across platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn).
- Assist with asset prep and reporting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology environment.
- Solid understanding of SEO and GEO principles, keyword research, and web content best practices.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
- Experience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms, and basic web design or CMS management.
- Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft & Google Workspaces.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (desirable).
- Clear written communication and attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment – sponsorship will not be provided.
