About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to own our client platforms (iOS, Android, and desktop) used by over 200,000 clinicians daily. You will obsess over the user experience, performance, and craft of our software, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and high-quality. You will partner with engineering, design, and platform teams to drive product strategy and roadmap execution, bringing consumer-grade polish to B2B healthcare software.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for client platforms including iOS, Android, and Desktop
- Monitor and optimize performance to eliminate frame drops, crashes, and latency
- Navigate platform constraints and opportunities across iOS, Android, and Electron
- Manage mobile monetization strategy including App Store T&Cs, onboarding, and payment pathways
- Leverage native platform capabilities like Bluetooth, camera, and clipboard for clinician workflows
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship meaningful product improvements
- Partner with hardware teams on design-engineering tradeoffs for wearables and ambient surfaces
- Maintain high standards for issue-tracking, design system consistency, and shipping practices
- Build relationships with Apple, Google, and platform teams to stay ahead of OS changes
Requirements
- BA/BS in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- 4+ years of experience shipping consumer products across mobile and desktop
- Deep platform fluency with knowledge of when to diverge or converge across iOS and Android
- Experience profiling apps and optimizing render loops
- Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
- Fluency with core LLM concepts including prompting, fine-tuning, and embeddings
- Data fluency with the ability to diagnose platform-specific problems using tools like Amplitude
- Ability to execute independently without extensive support teams
