About the Role

This role is responsible for providing information and resolving issues related to student fees and general inquiries, playing a key role in delivering outstanding service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage finance functions related to student fees, including invoicing, fee adjustments, and processing refunds.
• Provide support to students with outstanding fees.
• Deliver advice and information to an exceptionally high standard.
• Liaise with other departments regarding student enrollment, leave, transfers, and refunds.
• Propose process improvements for efficiency and student satisfaction.
• Handle complaints according to guidelines, with feedback and reporting.
• Comply with legislative requirements and UTS College Policies and Procedures.
• Support ad hoc student requests for processing enrollment documents, confirmations, transfers, withdrawals, and variations.

Requirements

• Experience in a Student Finance function with the ability to provide high-quality support.
• Student/customer service experience and capability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced computer literacy and experience with various systems and applications.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision according to strict deadlines.
• A valid Working with Children Check.
