About the Role

This role is for a Cadet Technician / Drafter to join the Structural team in Sydney. You will provide technical design input, coordination, and project delivery for local and national building projects, working alongside engineers, drafters, and project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of schematic and production drawings under supervision
  • Performing general office duties under supervision
  • Assisting more senior drafters with the analysis of tasks and problems
  • Producing construction-level documentation
  • Checking print procedures
  • Issuing procedures
  • Vault data management processes

Requirements

  • Enrolment in an Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree
  • Willingness to learn CAD and Revit technologies
  • Ability to interpret and carry out instructions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work within a diverse and multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Full working rights
