Responsibilities

  • Gather, cleanse and prepare data from multiple sources to support analytical initiatives.
  • Explore large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations and opportunities.
  • Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to generate insights and support business decision making.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models that help forecast outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor model performance and contribute to model refinement and optimisation activities where required.
  • Create dashboards, visualisations and reports that communicate insights in a meaningful and accessible way.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, customer and product teams to understand their analytical needs and translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, advanced analytics and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Stay current with developments in data analytics, machine learning and AI technologies.

Requirements

  • Applying advanced analytics, statistical techniques and data exploration methods to solve business problems.
  • Working with SQL, Python, R or similar technologies to prepare, analyse and model data.
  • Developing predictive models and applying machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights.
  • Gathering, cleansing and transforming data from multiple sources to support analytical initiatives.
  • Applying machine learning techniques and/or developing predictive models to support business decision making.
  • Creating dashboards, visualisations and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Communicating clearly, professionally and effectively across both written and verbal mediums.
  • Translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations that support business decision-making.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and communicating analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborating across teams to understand business challenges and identify data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrating curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning as analytics, AI and machine learning technologies evolve.
