About the Role
Provide support and ensure smooth execution of daily pharmacy operations. Promote and identify strategies to provide safe, effective services and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of pharmacy areas.
- Address personnel, operational, and scheduling issues and needs.
- Build commitment and promote quality services.
- Perform data collection for regulatory requirements and quality improvement measures.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance.
- Support implementation of projects and programs.
- Responsible for training and development activities for area personnel.
- Undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Science Degree in Pharmacy or Ph.D. Doctor Of Pharmacy Degree Required
- RPH – Pharmacist Required
- 3 Years Pharmacy Work Experience Or 2 Years Pharmacy Residency Training Required
