About the Role
This role is responsible for designing, building, and executing strategic projects to enable hyper-scaling globally. It's an opportunity for an early-career operator/entrepreneur to shape company strategy, build operational systems, and act as a force multiplier for the founders.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating rhythm of the company, including stand-ups, offsites, and planning cycles.
- Act as the CEO's right hand on go-to-market strategy, translating high-level bets into structured plans.
- Design and execute the global conference and GTM calendar.
- Develop internal tools and AI-powered workflows to reduce operational drag.
- Drive cross-functional execution across sales, product, engineering, and deployment.
- Build and manage RevOps for commercial and federal businesses.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of past Chief of Staff/Operating experience
- Scrappy entrepreneur mindset with a bias to action
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco
- Open to travel
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and operate in the grey
