About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with scheduling, and help with financial arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
- Assist patients with check in/check out procedures, including insurance verification.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide information about services and payment options.
- Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care.
- Treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
Requirements
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
