About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Pharmacist to join our fast-paced, growing business! In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in providing high quality pharmacy services that adhere to the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts
- Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations
- Dispensary inventory management and order processing
- Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions
- Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants
- Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice
Requirements
- Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration
- Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercially-astute with business acumen experience and attention-to-detail skills
- Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
- Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
- Must hold appropriate working rights
