About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Modeller to contribute to our long-term infrastructure projects, modeling from concept design through to construction documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers and other discipline modellers to ensure accurate and integrated designs
- Prepare detail drawings and documentation in accordance with Australian standards and client requirements
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project delivery from concept through to construction
- Support Project Setup, Creating/Editing REVIT Families, Equipment Scheduling, Multi disciplines coordination and Clash Detection
Requirements
- Proven and progressive Revit MEP experience in the building services industry
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential
- Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and relevant Australian codes and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Proven background in building services and/or major infrastructure projects
