About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical HVAC Modeller to contribute to our long-term infrastructure projects, modeling from concept design through to construction documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with engineers and other discipline modellers to ensure accurate and integrated designs
  • Prepare detail drawings and documentation in accordance with Australian standards and client requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support project delivery from concept through to construction
  • Support Project Setup, Creating/Editing REVIT Families, Equipment Scheduling, Multi disciplines coordination and Clash Detection

Requirements

  • Proven and progressive Revit MEP experience in the building services industry
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential
  • Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and relevant Australian codes and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Proven background in building services and/or major infrastructure projects
