About the Role
We are seeking an experienced salesperson to drive the sales of our loan management and administration software and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in selling software solutions and services. A deep understanding of loans, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and private credit is essential. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, travelling to visit prospects as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor sales strategies.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our suite of solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on client requirements, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis, delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in financial markets selling enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships and partner with clients on complex solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of loans, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and private credit.
- Strong understanding of the loan management and administration software and services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and partner with pre-sales on product demonstrations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
