About the Role

In this busy role, you will take pride in ensuring a clean, hygienic, and safe home for our residents to enjoy every day. You will be a valued team member delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making a positive difference to the presentation of, and service within, the home. Join a fun and dedicated team of aged care professionals who strive to enrich and celebrate the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a clean, hygienic and safe home for residents.
• Delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Making a positive difference to the presentation of, and service within, the home.
• Implementing and managing a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections for the home to assist in delivering operational excellence.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail where the delivery of health and hygiene standards are critical.
• Commitment to Work, Health and Safety principles is a must.
• Positive, warm, empathetic and has a can-do approach.
• All shortlisted applicants will need to pass the required background checks.
• During the influenza season, all staff are required to provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
