About the Role
Casual positions available where you will prep food and drink, clean, change up the menu with team and residents, keep records for the Food Safety Program, and be active on your feet. You will be a team player with a desire to make a difference, kitchen experience, great time management and planning skills, and have completed the Basic Food Handling Course.
Responsibilities
- Prepping food and drink
- Cleaning (including dishes)
- Changing up the menu
- Keeping records as part of our Food Safety Program
- Being active and on your feet for most of your shift
Requirements
- Experience in kitchen work (aged care is a bonus)
- Great time management and planning skills
- Completed the Basic Food Handling Course
- All shortlisted applicants will need to pass the required background checks.
- During the influenza season, all staff are required to provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination.
