About the Role
As a Content Moderator for the Trust and Safety team within the Player Engagement department, you will be responsible for ensuring online safety and fostering a positive community environment. This role involves reviewing user-generated content to maintain a healthy and friendly online space, free from harassment, inappropriate violence, and discrimination. You will play a crucial part in protecting players, the community, and our game developer clients from harmful or unsuitable content.
Responsibilities
- Review all community posts (text, video, images, audio) on online games, social media platforms, and forums to ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines.
- Communicate directly with players.
- Collaborate with domestic and international team members.
- Support the maintenance of a safe and comfortable community.
- Create reports and other necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and business-level or higher English skills (TOEIC 800 target).
- Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email correspondence, etc.).
- Interest in games and social media.
