About the Role
Mace is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital delivery schemes for NHS Trusts in London, requiring experience within the UK healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track programme finances and assist client leads in managing programme budgets.
- Act as key liaison between client internal teams in managing supplier performance and outputs.
- Develop and maintain key programme processes and governance, including change management, risk management, derogations management, document control, and approval processes.
- Formulate and present formal governance papers and progress reports to client boards and committees.
- Oversee and ensure approval of key documents such as designs and RAMS.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience across UK healthcare programmes.
- Strong skills in budget control, communication, and stakeholder leadership.
- Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent development.
- Expertise in delivery-phase management, commercial acumen, and sustainability-focused decision making.
