Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based ABA Special Instruction Services in accordance with children's IFSPs.
- Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments and track child progress.
- Provide parent coaching and teach strategies that promote skill development during daily routines.
- Participate in IFSP meetings, team meetings, and case conferences.
Requirements
- Must hold a Board Certification (BCBA) and be in good standing with the BACB.
- Must hold a license (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations.
- Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.
- Certification or eligibility to provide Special Instruction through the New York State Early Intervention Program.
