About the Role
This W2 contract assignment provides high-level administrative support across multiple business teams, serving as a flexible resource for backup coverage, daily operations coordination, and supporting leaders, employees, and project teams with various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, onboarding support, and departmental activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, purchasing activities, and office administration.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support meetings, events, presentations, reports, and special projects.
- Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites.
- Assist with records management, audits, shipping/receiving coordination, and departmental processes.
- Provide backup administrative support across teams as needed.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Candidates without a degree must have 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple teams.
- Experience with Concur and PeopleSoft preferred.
