About the Role
Join a team at a pivotal stage of its evolution to bring structure, momentum, and clarity to the delivery of technology enhancements, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to remove roadblocks and foster an environment for high-performance delivery.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and planning activities to maintain team alignment and focus.
- Partner with delivery managers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine priorities and shape user stories.
- Maintain a healthy and well-understood backlog.
- Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on agile practices to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor progress and provide clear visibility of delivery plans, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Champion team culture by creating a supportive, engaged, and empowered environment.
Requirements
- Experience leading agile delivery within a technology or digital team environment.
- Confidence facilitating conversations, workshops, and ceremonies with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, value-focused user stories and priorities.
- Understanding of software delivery, technical dependencies, and the development lifecycle.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for team growth and improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams.
- Curiosity, positivity, and a willingness to constructively challenge existing ways of working.
