Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections and repairs across the hospital.
- Focus on the maintenance and servicing of hospital beds.
- Assist with the upkeep of hospital infrastructure, equipment and services.
- Respond to day-to-day repair requests.
- Contribute to facility improvement projects.
Requirements
- Experience working within a medium to large-sized organisation.
- Trade qualification or demonstrated experience in building maintenance (highly regarded).
- WH&S Construction Induction Certificate (White Card) (desirable).
- Scissor Lift Licence (desirable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working at heights, using ladders and accessing confined spaces when required.
- Practical, reliable, and proactive maintenance professional.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
