About the Role

PayPay Securities is expanding its business to change the structure of asset management in Japan, targeting individuals who have not yet started or are not interested in asset management. As a Product Designer, you will be a founding member of a new organization within PayPay Securities, collaborating with engineers, designers, and QAs to build new products and services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to create new features and improve UI/UX with a user-centric approach.
• Undertake various challenges to deliver new securities product experiences to users.
• Manage total UI/UX design for PayPay Securities native apps, mini-apps, PC trading sites, and management tools.
• Design UX flows and UI based on concepts and design systems.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews.
• Analyze data and propose improvements using numerical analysis tools.
• Facilitate design workshops and engage in other product design-related tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in mobile service (iOS/Android apps, Web) UI design.
• Working experience in UI/UX design using Figma and Adobe.
• Practical experience in releasing, measuring, and improving products.
• Japanese language proficiency (Native or JLPT N2 and above).
• Comfortable with English (translation teams and web tools will be utilized).
• Portfolio required with application.
