About the Role

PayPay Securities is expanding its business to change the structure of asset management in Japan, targeting individuals who have not yet started or were not interested in asset management. As a QA Manager, you will be a founding member of a new organization within PayPay Securities, collaborating with engineers, designers, and QAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly release test cycles, including test planning, execution, progress control, and reporting.
• Manage roadmap projects, overseeing the product STLC, creating test plans, defining scope, and tracking progress.
• Prepare necessary test data, tools, and environments.
• Report, track, and verify defects.
• Design, create, and review test cases in collaboration with QA Engineers.
• Maintain and update master test cases, collaborating with Automation QA.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of QA Lead/Manager experience or 5+ years of QA Engineer/Tester experience.
• Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications.
• Experience in test planning, defining test scope, and creating test cases.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools (e.g., ALM, TestRail, TestLink, QASymphony, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with test automation processes and tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, UFT, Load Runner, Cucumber).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (Native or JLPT N1 equivalent).
• Comfortable with English (translation support available).
