About the Role
The Ticketing Systems Specialist plays a key role in setting up and managing ticketed events and online event pages, ensuring accurate information is available for customers and stakeholders. The role provides reporting, technical support and guidance to event presenters and internal teams, while working collaboratively to improve processes and support the delivery of successful events.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage event ticketing setups and online event pages, ensuring accurate product, pricing and event information.
- Act as a subject matter expert across Tessitura (Ticketing & CRM), Drupal CMS and associated business systems.
- Deliver timely and accurate event setup, reporting, financial reconciliation and system administration activities.
- Provide exceptional service to event presenters and stakeholders, resolving ticketing, system and process issues.
- Produce sales reports and insights to support event performance and decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, presenters and external partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer experience.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Existing Australian work rights are required.
- Satisfactory National Police Check and Pre-Employment Health Assessment will be required upon offer of employment.
